"Silent City Limits" is (strictly speaking) an unfinished album, but I have decided nonetheless to make it available for posterity. Work on the album was abruptly ended by a burglary, in which all the recordings were lost with the computer they were on. The Lesson: Always back up, folks. I was interrupted at a point where I was trying to strip away layers, so the result is a more haphazard, scattered and disintegrating sound than "Night Haunts"; whether that is a good thing or not I leave up to you. Perhaps its granular quality is endearing?

The intervention of the thieves set this album in stone the way it is now, so I think it's only fair that I credit them as co-composers and co-mixers (take that, sense of personal culpability in shortcomings). Wouldn't have been the same without you, guys!

My personal favorite of the Lovecraft series. This piece feels so calm, eerie, and mysterious. The slight plucking of strings is off set by the ritual drums and consistent reverb. Amazing combination! theeverwanderer
